Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday): $125 per night
Stay four weeknights, get the fifth consecutive weeknight for half price! (Holiday's excluded)
Friday, Saturdays and Holidays (2 consecutive nights): $150.00 per night

Additional details:
Security deposit (refundable after inspection; see note above): $250.00
Small dogs (under 30 pounds): $40.00 additional fee per dog, limit 2.
(We have one small kennel on the premises.)
Cleaning Fee: $30.00 for the cleaning, but additional cleanings (upon request) will be $50.00 each.

Five guest maximum, due to limited sleeping accommodations.

Note: At this time we invoice through Paypal. You don't have to be a member of Paypal to pay through Paypal. You just need a credit or debit card or bank account. If you are not a member of Paypal, or if you pay through "eCheck" on Paypal, we will need payment to be made at least 3-4 days ahead so it will have time to clear Paypal before you arrive. Paypal members must allow 36 hrs. ahead of time. This allows payments to clear, leaves time for you to recieve pass codes. There is a $5.00 charge for using "eCheck" services through Paypal.
We do not accept private checks through the mail.
All refunds on security deposits will be made after the house has been inspected, and will be made through Paypal. They will be returned through the same account as the one you paid with as soon as possible after the cottage is checked out and cleaned.
Early Booking: There will be a non-refundable down payment of 15% to hold dates ahead of time.
There is a 2 night minimum stay at the Cottage, except for Holidays which are a 4 night minimum. If the holiday occurs on a weekend, the stay needs to include Friday and Saturday nights.
